Şirket, Beyçelik Holding’in ilk kuruluşu olarak 1976 yılında faaliyet göstermeye başlamıştır. 2007 yılında İspanya merkezli uluslararası alanda otomotiv metal sektöründe ilk sırada bulunan Gestamp Automocion ile ortaklık yaparak Türkiye’de ulaştığı başarıyı Dünya ölçeğine taşımıştır.
